Discrimination!!! Ukrainian group had to have breakfast separately from others. The staff member name Marsu wasn't nice, didn't let me have breakfast so I was hungry and sad. Very disappointed. You can see breakfast on photo. It's all that you get!!! You pay money and get nothing. I read the reviews and one said great breakfast - it is not true, breakfast is awful. There is no air in the room. And there is strange noise in bathroom.

Very happy with our overnight stay. Family of four staying overnight. Plenty of secure underground parking. Super helpful and polite staff. Short drive to louvre for us.we didn’t eat but a breakfast was offered upon arrival. Rooms very clean and spacious. Will stay again.

I was on29 december 2022 for the new year eve. It was 27 min from the eifel tour but i traveled by car.|A lot of underground parking.|The room was small but it was ok|Staff was very very very polite.|I even got a free breakfest in the last day|I highly recomend

Hotel needs renovation... From ground floor upt o the rooms... People were all very friendly, but halls are dirty, rooms are old and restaurant is not cosy (food is ok).

Terrible hotel - avoid if you can. The rooms have no fresh air and no way of getting any. The ventilation and aircon is weak and not up to standard, the windows have been locked down so you cannot even open them a small amount. Additionally the rooms are tired. I asked to move rooms, asking for a different location on the floor and was given identical ones, just on different floors 3 times. And the Wifi is slow / non-existent I've given up - I'm due to be coming back regularly to the area with a project team in the next 9 months. They've missed quite a lot of business but we will NOT be staying here.

room was too hot, airco did not work properly and the room was really not fresh and bright. felt a bit 'shabby'. OK for 1 night, not for longer stay

Good return on our money. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast good, not fancy but to our liking. Metro and bus conveniently located.|Clean facilities. Restaurant in the evening open and good choice of food. I recommend this hotel.
